On the occasion of **World Environment Day 2025**, the **NCC Girls Cadets** of Sacred Heart School, Moga, in collaboration with the **Gen CAN team**, participated in a meaningful **medicinal sapling plantation drive** on Monday, 2nd June 2025.

Under the expert guidance of the **NCC Officer** and **Head Mistress of the KG School**, along with **Mr. Rajiv Jain, HOD Chemistry**, students and teachers, Ms Maninder ,Ms Amanpreet,Ms Lakhwinder ,Ms Rajinder and Ms Parbhansh came together to plant saplings that hold medicinal value. This initiative was undertaken in alignment with this year’s **World Environment Day theme: “Ending Plastic Pollution Globally.”**

During the event, **Mr. Rajiv Jain** delivered a special talk emphasizing the significance of environmental conservation and the need for active participation in sustainable practices. He highlighted the importance of reducing carbon footprints and urged students and parents to **adopt eco-friendly habits**.

Sacred Heart School encourages everyone to take responsibility for climate correction by:
